During the beta, a plan starts once your invite arrives. Standard and Plus start with a 7-day trial that includes US$3 of credit, and your card is charged on day eight. BYO has no trial and is charged from the first day. Monthly billing; cancel before your next renewal. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Add US$10, US$25, or US$50 of prepaid credit. Purchased credit carries forward and is spent while you have a plan; included credit resets each billing month and is used first.
FrockBot’s models and computer time draw from the same balance: included credit on Standard and Plus, top-ups on BYO. Active computer time is US$2.75 per hour, with up to 100 GB stored while idle included. When credit runs out, paid work pauses instead of charging you more.
Move up to Plus and it starts now, with a fresh month of credit. Move down and it starts at renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your conversations stay yours.
Before you start
Your bots reach only the apps you connect, and every step they take is written down for you to read. Protected actions ask you first. The code is open, so anyone can check how it works.
Tell it, the way you'd tell a person. It remembers how you like things done, and you can see exactly what it did.
Connect it and your bots use it. FrockBot adds what a chat window can't: memory for each job, routines that run while you're out, a computer of its own, and your apps.
It doesn't buy things for you. It finds the deal and sends you the link. Its own running costs come from your balance, which you can see and cap for each bot, and which pauses rather than overcharging.
